For the first time in 3 years of producing our own canvas pictures we have had a returned set of pictures. Our customer brought their 5 large canvas pictures back as they had turned yellow in the white areas of canvas.

We reprinted them without question as is our policy but we were baffled by the discolouration – until we came to strip them down. They smelled wonderful! The penny dropped and we called our client after a bit of research on the internet.

They had plug in air fresheners in every room of their home.
