You may use this website to be inspired to purchase a Big Funky Picture to adorn your home.
You may not copy or modify any part of this website.
You may not use any part of this website for commercial gain.
You may tell your friends good things about Big Funky Pictures.
We may improve our products and services without notification.
We will charge the price stated for our products and services within this website.
Sizes are fairly accurate but as we use natural materials and hand make our products there may be small variation in size stated.
We aim to deliver your pictures with 14 days from receipt of payment.
These terms may be reviewed and changed at any time and will be uploaded accordingly, please revisit this page before placing your next order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our product, goods may only be returned if faulty or damaged. You must pay the cost of returning the goods plus cost of postage for replacement goods. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you must notify us immediately
Due to variation of computer screens any proofs submitted cannot be used to accurately judge colour.

Big Funky Pictures cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to original photographs or artwork submitted.
By placing an order with Big Funky Pictures you are accepting responsibility for having attained the correct authority to reproduce the image/s.

Although the manufacturers of the pigment inks used guarantee against fading for up to 90 years (under normal conditions), Big Funky Pictures do not accept liability for any deterioration in quality of the product from the date of receipt by the customer.

Big Funky Pictures is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future if you ask us not to. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Big Funky Portrait Session Conditions
Your session will be fun and informal and will be the first stage of creating your fabulous portraits. You can choose to stay with your child/children during the session, leave us to it, or join in if your would like family pictures.
Our photographer is CRB approved and trained in child care so they are in good hands.
Following your portrait session you will be asked to make an appointment to view the pictures at our Penwortham store. There you will have the opportunity to select pictures to print on canvas or choose from our range of contemporary frames. Canvas Package discounts are available instore.
Big Funky Pictures believe art is for everyone. That is why our promotional portrait sessions are free and our studio shoot and picture prices are fair. We don’t hard sell you our pictures or charge inflated prices – we just know you will love them and want to put them on your wall!

Please take a moment to read the following:
1. Promotional activities. We may want to use an image taken at your session to promote Big Funky Pictures i.e. on a sample canvas in our shop window, press advert, leaflet or website, etc. If you would prefer us not to please make this clear at the time of your shoot.
2. Big Funky Pictures Ltd cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person, possesion or property during the session.
3. Please note we will be using flash photography.
4. All pictures taken by Big Funky Pictures Ltd are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without written authorisation from the company.
5. If your portraits have been taken at a school there may be a contribution fee payable to school funds which includes a complimentary 8”x6” photo print (unframed). This is a great way to help raise funds for your school and your support is very much appreciated.
By participating in the photo shoot you give your consent for your child/children to have their photographs taken by Big Funky
