Q. I'm not sure if my photo is good enough quality to print large? A. Send us your photo by email and we will advise you. It's more about the kind of image than having a big file! Q. Can you improve my photo - if so how much? A. We don't just print what you send us as many other companies do. We will tweak your image to get the very best results from our printing process - free of charge! If you have something major you want to  change click on the retouching button during the ordering process and describe what you want - we will send you a proof of the work we do before we print your canvas. It will cost an additional £19.50. Q. What if I want a square picture but my picture is a rectangle? A. If your picture will crop we will do it, if not we will get back to you and recommend an alternative format. Q. Do you do thinner frames? A. No, we only make our pictures with quality, hand-made 50mm profile, hard wood stretcher bars. Q. Can you make my picture black and white? A. Yes - no charge and we will send you a proof if you request one when you send your picture. Q. I'm not sure if my image will wrap around the edge of the frame? A. Most do and we recommend gallery wrap as standard. Again, if you are not sure you can request a proof by email. Q. How do I hang my picture? A. Easiest and quickest way is to hang it from a couple of picture hook pins (just the pins, not the hooks). With larger pictures we can supply fixings FOC by request. Q. Where can I hang my canvas? A. Just about anywhere indoors! Areas of high humidity - bathrooms, kitchens, etc the canvas should be varnished to make it wipeable. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight - although we have had a picture in our  shop's display window for over a year with no fading! Q. How do I clean my canvas? A. With a feather duster if not varnished, with a damp cloth if it is varnished. Q. I have a picture taken by a professional photographer - can you print it on canvas for me? A. Refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding copyright. You must obtain consent before sending us the image. Q. How long will it take. A. 5 working days from receipt of order or approval of proof (if applicable). Delivery takes 2-3 days. Anything we've not answered here?
